Can I use AI to help me write feedback?
Yes. Talent3Sixty integrates a GPT-based feedback assistant that helps users refine feedback to make it clearer, more constructive, and psychologically safe.
How long will it take to complete a 360 feedback survey?
Most surveys take 10-15 minutes per person you are reviewing. The platform allows you to save progress and return later if needed.
How do you ensure confidentiality in the feedback process?
All responses are anonymized and protected. Talentonic is contractually bound not to share who said what with any member of the client team.
Is AI available to both feedback givers and recipients?
360 GPT primarily supports feedback givers during feedback entry. Talentonic also offers a Leadership GPT to help feedback recipients interpret their 360 reports, set development goals, and take meaningful action.
Can feedback be changed after I submit it?
No. Once feedback is submitted, it is locked to protect data integrity. Users should review their comments for clarity and impact before submitting.
What email address does the survey come from?
The survey email is sent from admin@talentonic.com.
How can I log in to access my feedback surveys?
You can access the Talent3Sixty survey using the link received by email. To log in, use your company email address and password.
How can a password be reset?
Users can reset their passwords by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page. A new password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.
Can I start my feedback and complete it later?
Yes. Talent3Sixty automatically saves your answers. You can return to the “My Dashboard” page and complete the survey anytime before the end date.
Which browsers are supported?
Talent3Sixty is optimized for Chrome but works with most modern browsers.
Can I add more people from whom I want to receive feedback?
Yes, if this feature is activated for your survey. You can select respondents from a list, which may then go to your manager for approval.
As a manager, can I add or delete names from my reportees' feedback list?
If the survey is configured to allow it, managers can add or delete mappings selected by reportees. However, managers cannot edit predefined mappings set by HR in the system.
Is the survey mobile-friendly?
Yes. The tool is optimized for mobile devices, allowing users to view and submit feedback requests on phones and tablets.
Where can employees view their feedback reports?
Employees can access reports in the survey portal section called “My 360 Feedback Report.” Reports can be downloaded once the survey is complete and reports are published. Talentonic can also email reports individually, with optional copies to managers or HR.
How can I tell how many of my respondents responded?
While a 360 cycle is live, log in to the tool and look for “My 360 Feedback Status” on the dashboard. This shows invited respondents and who has responded, if your organization has enabled this view.
Does the tool offer live support during the survey?
Yes. Support is available through the “Contact Us” page or by emailing admin@talentonic.com.

Can individual development plans be generated directly from the tool?
Yes. The platform includes templates and guidance for creating IDPs based on feedback insights, which can be shared with managers or coaches.
Can we include external stakeholders such as clients or partners as raters?
Yes. External raters can be included, which is especially useful for client-facing roles.
Does Talentonic have a network of coaches we can leverage?
Yes. Talent3Sixty supports integration with internal coaches or external partners from Talentonic's coaching network.
Can you help us create competencies and related behaviours?
Yes. Talentonic has a curated library of over 1,000 questions covering self-leadership, strategic agility, collaboration, trust-building, feedback orientation, and more.
Can we edit a 360 cycle after it has started?
Once a 360 cycle has begun, only selected administrative actions are allowed:
- Add a feedback seeker
- Extend the survey end date
- Remove respondents who have not started the survey
- Add or change a manager if the survey has not started
- Change the category of a respondent if the survey has not started
Changing email addresses is currently not supported.
Can the tool be customized to our competencies?
Yes. The survey can be tailored to your competency framework and behavior statements.
Is there any limit on the number of people the tool can cover?
No. There is no limit on the number of respondents that can be covered by the tool.
Can we use this tool to conduct a manager effectiveness survey?
Yes. Talent3Sixty can be configured to measure manager effectiveness by comparing managers' self-assessments with team feedback.
Can values be measured through the 360 tool?
Yes. The tool can include a separate values assessment that does not affect overall competency scores. The rating scale for values can also be different from the competency section.
Can respondent categories be customized?
Yes. Respondent categories can be customized based on your needs, such as team members, stakeholders, peers, or external stakeholders.
Can a 360 survey be kicked off without a self-assessment?
No. A self-assessment is mandatory because it is crucial for generating the 360 report.
Can a leader not know about the 360?
No. The 360 is designed to help people understand how their self-perception compares with the perception of others. A self-assessment is required for report generation.
Can reports be shared with HR before being shared with employees?
Yes. Reports can be shared with the HR team before they are sent to employees.
Can limits be set for each respondent category?
Yes. Minimum and maximum numbers of respondents can be defined for each stakeholder category.
What minimum and maximum limits do you recommend for respondent categories?
There is no upper limit to respondents requested. However, the minimum threshold for all respondent groups is three for that group's data to display. The manager group is an exception, where the threshold is one.
Can questions be made non-mandatory?
All rating-based questions are mandatory. Open-ended questions can be made non-mandatory.
Can we add open-ended questions?
Yes. Open-ended questions can be included and are recommended to gather qualitative feedback.
Is the rating scale customizable?
Yes. The rating scale is fully customizable, including the number of ratings and their definitions.
Is there a cap on the minimum or maximum number of questions?
No. There is no cap on the number of questions. However, Talentonic recommends having at least four scaled questions mapped to a competency so the report can meaningfully show relative strengths and development opportunities based on the Excluding Self average.
How can HR track survey completion status?
HR receives access to a dashboard with live data. HR can track survey completion status and download reports in Excel format.
Will HR and employees be able to access live support during the survey?
Yes. Employees can contact support through the “Contact Us” page or by emailing admin@talentonic.com. HR is assigned a point of contact who can be reached on WhatsApp during work hours.
What security measures are in place to protect data?
Data is hosted on Azure, with IP authentication required for accessing client data.
Is the survey available in languages other than English?
Currently, surveys are available only in English.
How long does it take to resolve participant queries?
Talentonic aims to resolve participant queries and issues within a 4-hour turnaround time.
How do you ensure maximum response rates?
Regular reminders are sent to employees who have not completed their surveys. These can be sent as per HR's request on predefined days and times.
Is the report text customizable?
Yes. Report text can be customized to meet your organization's needs.
Can we include a “Not Applicable” option that is not factored into scores?
Yes. For rating questions, Talent3Sixty can include a “Not Applicable” option. If selected, that question is excluded from score calculation.
Can you add an open-ended comments box to a question that is not open-ended?
No. Comments can only be provided for questions specifically designed as open-ended questions.
What data is required to set up a 360 feedback survey?
Basic information is required, such as employee code, name, email address, and department. Optional fields can include grade, gender, designation, and location. Talentonic provides a standard template and a consultant assists with preparing the data.
How long does it take to set up a survey?
The survey setup process typically takes around three days once the required data is received.
