Can I use AI to help me write feedback?
Yes! Talent3Sixty integrates a GPT-based feedback assistant. It helps users refine feedback to make it clearer, more constructive, and psychologically safe.
How long will it take to complete a 360-feedback survey?
Most surveys take 10–15 minutes per person you’re reviewing. The platform is user-friendly and allows you to save progress and return later if needed.
How do you ensure confidentiality in the feedback process?
All responses are anonymized and protected. We strictly maintain confidentiality to encourage honest, developmental feedback. It is part of our contractual agreement with clients to not share who said what with any member of the client team.
Is AI available to both feedback givers and recipients?
Currently, 360 GPT primarily supports feedback givers during the feedback entry process. We offer a powerful Leadership GPT to support feedback recipients in making sense of their 360 reports. It helps them interpret key insights, set development goals, and take meaningful action for growth.
Can feedback be changed after I submit it?
No. Once feedback is submitted, it’s locked to protect data integrity. Take your time before submitting and review your comments for clarity and impact.

How can I login to access my feedback surveys
You can access Talentonic’s 3sixty survey using the link received via email. To log in you need your company email address and password.
How can a password be reset?
Users can reset their passwords by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page. A new password will be automatically sent to their registered email address.
Can I start my feedback and complete it later?
Yes, Talentonic’s 3sixty survey will automatically save your answers. Access it from the “My Dashboard” page to complete it anytime before the end date.
Which browsers are supported?
Talentonic’s 3sixty survey was optimized for Chrome but will work with most browsers.
Can I add more people from whom I want to receive feedback?
If your Talentonic’s 3sixty survey has this feature activated, then yes you can select respondents from a list, and this list will then go to your manager for approval.
As a manager, can I add or delete names from my reportees feedback list?
If your 360 survey has been so set up, yes, as a manager, you can add or delete the mapping selected by your reportee, but you cannot edit the predefined mappings set by HR in the system.
Is the Survey mobile-friendly?
Yes, the tool is fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing users to view and submit feedback requests seamlessly on their phones and tablets .
Where can employees view their feedback reports?
Employees can access their feedback reports in a dedicated section on the survey portal called "My 360 Feedback Report." Reports can be downloaded once the survey is complete and they are published. We also offer the option to send 1-1 emails to individuals (cc to their Managers/HR is optional) with the reports and a how to read your report guide.
How can I tell how many of my respondents responded?
While a 360 cycle is live, log into the tool, on the dashboard look for a section called “My 360 Feedback Status” to see a list of invited respondents and who has responded. If you don’t see this section, its because your Organisation has disabled this view.
Does the tool offer live support during the survey?
Yes, our support team is available to assist employees via the "Contact Us" page or by emailing us at admin@talentonic.com.
Are survey responses confidential?
Yes, all responses are completely confidential. Attributed scores or comments are not shared with anyone. We are contractually bound not to share any attributed scores or comments with anyone. Who said what is never shared with anyone outside Talentonic HR Solutions.
