Ashna specialises in projects involving employee engagement, talent assessment through 360 feedback surveys and organization structuring. Her work before Talentonic involved working with the Employee Engagement team at AON where she was exposed to clients in the Middle East, Singapore and Malaysian markets. She has also worked on multiple automation projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of HR processes. Ashna recently co-authored a research paper titled ‘Analysing the Productivity and Performance in the Auto Component Industry’.
Gargi has spent over 10 years researching, migrating technologies, designing and managing software programs. Her problem solving capabilities and great client hands have allowed her to work seamlessly with a diverse set of clients across the world. She comfortably juggles between different software languages and technologies as she designs bespoke solutions for the clients she serves. A painter, music lover and foodie, she brings many talents to the table.
Radhika’s areas of specialization include employee engagement, organization structuring and organizational process enhancement. Prior to joining us, she was a consultant at Great Place to Work, where she worked on employee engagement studies, setting up HR systems and co-authored "India's Best Retail Companies to Work For" Report 2017 and India’s Best "Non-Governmental Organizations to Work For" Report 2016.

Anvith leads our Bangalore practice. With over 12 years in the HR industry, he is hugely passionate about leveraging technology to improve HR practices. Anuj enjoys working with top teams to drive end-to-end organization and performance transformation. Manavi leads our Singapore practice and brings 15+ years of experience in HR Management and Leadership Development. Her strengths lie in helping leaders succeed and designing and executing change. In her decade long career at McKinsey and Company, she led their India People Team, designed multiple people processes and helped leaders hone and expand their leadership skills.
